Nueva Gen Youth Leadership and Development Institute Program | October 23-24, 2026

For 36 years, the New Orleans Hispanic Heritage Foundation (NOHHF) has invested in the educational journeys of our scholars, championing their potential, supporting their achievements, and opening doors to opportunity.

Earlier this year, the Foundation launched the Nueva Gen Program an initiative focused on expanding our impact beyond scholarships through intentional programming centered on leadership development, mentorship, financial empowerment, and community engagement. It has been incredibly rewarding to chair this committee and work alongside our dedicated board leadership and committee members to turn this vision into action.

What began with thoughtful conversations and intentional planning has evolved into exciting new opportunities for our scholars. Our goal is simple: to equip the next generation with the tools, connections, and confidence to become leaders in their communities.
